Habitat Homeowners

The lives of families are transformed each year as area volunteers build simple, decent, affordable and safe homes thanks to donations from individuals, businesses, churches, foundations, and other organizations in our community.

Our Partner Families have a verifiable need for affordable housing, participate in a series of homeowner education classes, make a down payment on their home, invest hundreds of sweat equity hours in their home, and have 30-year, zero interest mortgages.
