Ongoing Invitation to Bid Process

Habitat for Humanity Greater Chattanooga Area extends an invitation to bid on subcontracted trades and materials. The bid window is now closed. Our two areas of focus within our Construction Department are: new construction and critical home repair.  Go to the tab for each program for additional information on what these programs entail.  Your bid can/will be applied to all projects under the two programs.  

HFHGCA utilizes both private and public funding which may include HOME grant, CBDG, THDA, and other sources for some of our projects.  We abide by all city, state, and federal regulations such as, but not limited to, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246.

To be considered, your bid must include the following completed documents that needs to be submitted two ways:

STEP 1: email your bid documents to tking@habichatt.org.
STEP 2: You must also mail completed and signed copies of all bid related documents to:

  1. Company Profile Form

  2. Current Certificate of General Liability Insurance and Workers’ Comp. Insurance

  3. W9

  4. Your bid in the format of square foot or per project price, hourly rate, service call fee and minimum project price. See below for guidelines.
