Blueprints for the Future is Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga’s annual signature fundraising event in support of affordable homeownership.

This inspiring evening brings the Chattanooga community together to celebrate the power of safe, stable housing and the lasting impact it creates for local families. Guests enjoy an unforgettable night of music, great food, refreshing drinks, and meaningful connection—all while supporting families on their journey toward strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.

As Habitat’s signature celebration, the event raises critical funds that help build homes, expand opportunities, and create lasting change right here in our community.

2026 Event Chairs: Mark and Christine Feemster

Mark Feemster serves as Area Executive for Pinnacle Bank’s Chattanooga Client Advisory Group, bringing decades of leadership and financial expertise to the community. He previously served as Executive Vice President at CapitalMark Bank from its startup in 2007 through its merger with Pinnacle Bank in 2015. Today, Mark continues to invest in the Chattanooga community through his professional work and his service on the Board of Habitat for Humanity.

Christine Feemster has dedicated her life to education and community involvement. After graduating college, she taught middle school math in Franklin, Tennessee, and Mobile, Alabama. Later, while raising their two sons, Christine remained deeply engaged in local schools—volunteering her time and serving as PTA President at both Nolan Elementary and Signal Mountain Middle High School.

Together, Mark and Christine have built a life rooted in service, family, and community. Married for 34 years, they are proud parents to Garrett and Christopher, and joyful grandparents to their grandson, Joshua.

2026 Featured Speaker: Inky Johnson

Husband, father, former collegiate athlete, entrepreneur, and author, Inky Johnson is one of the most sought-after motivational speakers in the world. For more than a decade, executives, professional sports teams, and organizations across the country have been inspired by his powerful message of leadership, perseverance, and overcoming adversity.

A standout cornerback and two-year team captain at the University of Tennessee, Inky was projected as a top NFL draft pick before a life-threatening injury during a 2006 game left his right arm permanently paralyzed. Rather than allowing that moment to define him, Inky turned his experience into a mission to help others rise above challenges and live with purpose.

Today, Inky speaks to audiences ranging from Fortune 500 companies to professional sports teams and major universities, including organizations like Chick-fil-A, Dell Technologies, AT&T, Bank of America, the New England Patriots, and the Atlanta Braves.

Through his speaking, podcast Serendipity with Inky Johnson, and the Inky & Allison Johnson Foundation, he continues to mentor athletes and youth while inspiring people worldwide to persevere through life’s challenges.
